I provide sessions either in-person or via an appropriate video platform, depending on location and circumstances.  This allows for greater flexibility in accessing services.  Sessions commence at 8am, with the final session commencing at 5pm.

My approach is grounded in evidenced-based psychological practices, provided in a broadly narrative style.  My practice is informed by an inclusive theological background, walking alongside clients to bring healing, and helping clients reach their full potential.  My counselling style is:
